Please note that the estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only, and we is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

Please make sure that the address you provided is correct!!! 

We are unable to change the delivery address once the order has been sent.

If an item is returned due to incorrect address or failure to pick up (unclaimed) - postage to resend must be paid by the buyer. 

All shipments are sent out with delivery confirmation.

If your parcel will be declared as lost - I will send you a replacement item or a full refund (what is more convenient for you). So in that respect you have absolutely nothing to worry about it.

Terms of prepayment for services

The user who has received a booking confirmation from GOTONL BV is required to pay it within 24 hours from the date of booking confirmation. Unpaid reservations can be canceled.

To make a payment, the user can take the opportunity to pay directly on the website by credit card or bank transfer. If the User selects payment using a bank card, he will be automatically transferred to the bank’s website, which will process the payment, and all data of the card and its owner will not be available, and, accordingly, will not be saved or copied to any database of our company.

All prices on the website are quoted in Euros and include 21% VAT. Before full or partial payment with the possibility of surcharge on the spot, the user sees the final amount of all payments. No other surcharges, fees or commissions His Person can not and will not charge. After payment, all information, namely: the date of service, the amount already paid, the amount of the surcharge on the spot (if any) is automatically sent to the e-mail of the Company and is the official confirmation of the transaction and management in case of dispute.

Up to 24 hours from the onset of the provision of services, the user has the right to declare his desire to terminate the transaction and return the money.

Refund of services

If you made an advance payment for the tour or services, you can cancel the order free of charge up to 24 hours (1 day) before the date specified in the order. This can be done independently, through the user’s account in the paid orders section or through our support team. After receiving confirmation of the cancellation, payment will be refunded.
